You simply send us a message that you are interested and we’ll be in contact. Once you signed up you obtain the benefits of the Flexi Labour Assist Package.

 

What if I have labour law challenges outside of disciplinary hearings? Will I still be assisted?

You will be assisted with any labour matter that you are facing such as retrenchment processes, poor performance, medical incapacity etc. 

 

Who will chair the internal disciplinary hearing?

The internal disciplinary hearing will be chaired by a labour law specialist. Remember, we are in this process with you, we assist you with any referral to the CCMA or Bargaining Council on condition that we chaired the internal disciplinary hearing.
